Fundraising Program
The Prep Sportswear Fundraising Program is perfect for schools, teams, clubs, and community groups looking to raise money.
More than 3,500 schools, teams and groups are already using Prep Sportswear to help them reach their fundraising goals!

How do I join?
  1. Read our Fundraising Agreement.
  2. Create or sign into your Prep Sportswear account here.
  3. Customize your fundraiser information.
Please note you will also need a PayPal account. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay and get paid online. Any money you receive through fundraising can be transferred to PayPal. Then from PayPal, you can choose how to manage your funds. Visit PayPal to signup.
How do I collect funds?
  1. Sign into My Account
  2. Under your “Fundraising Program” tab any funds in the "Available for Transfer" window can be transferred to your PayPal account.
  3. Enter the amount of available funds you'd like to move.
  4. Click "Transfer."
How does it work?
As a fundraiser, you are eligible to receive a percentage of every sale you send our way using the fundraising tools we provide. You will be eligible to receive 7% of every sale and you can choose to raise prices by 5% or 10%. The proceeds from this price increase will go directly to your fundraiser. You can transfer funds from your PayPal account as often as every 30 days. Just spread the word about your fundraiser!

1. What is a Fundraising Program?
Our Fundraising Program allows you to receive proceeds from every purchase you send to Prep Sportswear. This program lets you select a percentage (up to 17% for apparel, 40% for magazines) and track how much money you've received.

As a fundraiser, you are eligible to receive a percentage of every sale you send to Prep Sportswear. Just use the fundraising tools we provide to ensure you receive credit for every sale. You can transfer funds to your PayPal account as often as every 30 days.

Getting started is easy! Here are the step-by-step instructions:
  1. Read our Fundraising Agreement.
  2. Create or sign into your Prep Sportswear account here.
  3. Customize your fundraising information.
5. How do I track sales that my fundraiser sends to Prep Sportswear?  Back to Top
Sign into My Account. Under the Fundraising tab click on your fundraiser details. The "Amount Received" shows total funds received since the start of your fundraiser.

You will be eligible to receive 7% from apparel and accessories, and 40% from magazine sales that you send our way. You can also choose to raise prices by 5% or 10%. The money from this price increase will go directly to your fundraising program.

You can transfer funds to your PayPal account 30 days after a sale is made. Please note that once funds are transferred from Prep Sportswear to your PayPal account you have 180 days from the transfer date to claim the funds from PayPal. Visit PayPal for more information.

30 days after a sale is made you will see the amount reflected under "Available for Transfer" in your account. You may transfer the funds shown by entering the dollar amount under "Transfer Funds to your PayPal Account," then clicking the "Transfer" button. You will receive an email from PayPal regarding the transfer.
9. How will product returns be reflected in my fundraiser?  Back to Top
Product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, therefore any returns will be accounted for before you are able to collect funds. After 30 days the funds will be eligible for transfer.
10. Are Bulk Orders eligible for fundraising?  Back to Top
Yes bulk orders are included in the Fundraising Program. This means your supporters can receive significant discounts by placing bulk orders and you will still receive funds for your team.
11. What are my responsibilities?  Back to Top
You are responsible for signing up for the Fundraising Program, spreading the word about Prep Sportswear using the fundraising tools we provide, and transferring funds to your PayPal account.
12. What are Prep Sportswear’s responsibilities?  Back to Top
Prep Sportswear will provide the necessary tools and support for you to offer customized sportswear for your school, team, or community group. This includes hosting and managing the website, handling transactions, order fulfillment, and customer service.
13. Can I use the Prep Sportswear name and logo on my site?  Back to Top
We encourage you to use our name and logo on your site, but must insist that you do not alter our logo in any way.

You can update your account information any time in the My Account section of the Prep Sportswear website.
15. Can I get credit for a previously placed order?  Back to Top
We are unable to credit funds on previously placed orders. The only way to ensure you receive credit for your fundraising orders is to use the fundraising tools (links, banners, etc.) provided in the fundraising program.
