Yes. You will need an account in order to make any purchases or join any programs with Prep Sportswear.

2. How do I create an account? Back to Top

Click the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site. Enter your email address and
choose a password. That's it. You will receive a welcome email at the address you specified
as your log-in.
|

When you are ready to make a purchase, you will be prompted to enter your billing and mailing information.
|

3. How do I access My Account? Back to Top

After creating your account, click the "Sign In" link located at the top right of any page.
From there you can sign in to your account.
|

4. How do I update information? Back to Top

Once you are signed in, click "My Account" and select the "Profile" tab. From there you can update
your personal information including email address, password, and billing and mailing addresses.
Choose from the other tabs on this page to review orders and view or make changes to your other
information.

Within My Account you can check current order status, review past orders, create and manage team
stores, upload custom logos, and sign up for or maintain your fundraising and referral accounts.

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Washington State.

If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, which is provided in My
Account, just follow the links below. If you're not sure if your order has been

After your order is processed you will get a confirmation e-mail that will provide
information on your order, including item description(s), quantity, design, as well
as a package tracking number.

Back-ordered items are items temporarily out of stock. Back-ordered items will be
shipped as soon as they are available. You will not pay additional shipping charges
for back-ordered items.

Through our partnership with the ExchangeOnlineMall.com we offer authorized exchange
customers 10% off any order. Military customers must be logged in to their account
with the ExchangeOnlineMall.com to take advantage of the discount.

Prep Sportswear accepts PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also
accept GSA Smart Pay cards that feature the Visa or Mastercard logo. Military customers
that are logged into their account with ExchangeOnlineMall.com can use their Military
Star card upon checkout.

Prep Sportswear does not accept payment by Purchase Order.

Enter your promo code in the Promo Activation window, located on the right column
of your school's or team's main page, or in the toolbar at the top of the category
pages.

Shipping & Returns

Because your Prep Sportswear products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns for products
produced as ordered, free or promotional items, or bulk orders.

2. When will my order be shipped? Back to Top

|
We begin processing your order immediately. Our goal is to have the order shipped
from our warehouse in 5 business days. Skins and stickers orders are processed in 2 business days and will ship separately.
Weekends, holidays, and unusually high-order
volume periods can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process. When you order
an item, and it is out of stock or back-ordered, we will ship it to you as soon
as possible. Please check our shipping section for more information.

You can choose to send your package via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Skins
and stickers ship via USPS First Class Mail. Equipment ships via UPS Ground. Please see Tracking
Your Package for more information.

4. What if a product is sold out? Back to Top

Prep Sportswear attempts to display only available products in our stores. Nevertheless,
some products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed. When
this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on back-order.
Therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail address when ordering.

5. For International Orders, who pays customs, duties, and taxes? Back to Top

When ordering from Prep Sportswear, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may
be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an
international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment
reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have
no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for
further information. Please note: customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
